March has finally arrived and if you are a basketball fan, this is the most wonderful time of the year. Conference tournaments are in full swing this week, culminating with Selection Sunday on March 12th. The volume of betting during March Madness supersedes any other sports betting event on the calendar. There will be plenty of opportunities for positive expectancy wagers, so don’t put all your eggs in one basket.
This past week marked the beginning of smaller conference tournaments and the end of the regular season for the big boys. Even with the lines getting tighter and tighter, it was a good week for KW Nation as we grinded out a nice 4.2 unit profit, going 11-8-2 on NCAAB. Be sure to check out our March Madness Primer on the KrackWins App and Website for some tournament betting tips.
It was another fantastic week for our NBA bets, going 5-1 (+4.8 units) on totals and player props. The NBA Playoffs start in April, meaning teams have less than 20 games to get healthy and position themselves with the best seed possible. KrackWins’ player props have been big for us this season and we will have even more options in the playoffs. Our NBA totals have really picked up steam this past month and we will continue to fire away through the Playoffs.
Sports Betting Picks Weekly Recap
The PGA heads to Famous TPC Sawgrass in Florida this week for what is commonly known as “The 5th Major,” the Players Championship. No, Tiger Woods will not be playing this week but Jon Rahm and Rory McIlroy enter as favorites and the field is stacked with contenders. Last week we lost our only matchup (0-1, -1.8 units) and will be starting to add much more volume as the season heats up.
Overall KrackWins finished the week going 16-10-1, (+7.2 units.)
These next few weeks it is more important than ever to be measured with your betting and do not get caught up in the hype of March Madness. Games start early, run all day, and end late. As always, don’t bet a game just because it is next on the card. Make sure to protect your bankroll and don’t bet outside of your means. Always have a BR set aside specifically for sports betting and stay disciplined. Here’s to a great NCAA Basketball tournament! Get your brackets ready and lets start the Spring season in the green…
