How do I get started
It’s easy! Go to the App Store (iOS), Google Play (Android), or krackwins.com to download the app. Once downloaded, open the app and follow the instructions to create an account. You now are a free, registered user with access to exclusive content and one pick per week for a month. You can view and purchase packages on the app or on krackwins.com.
If you purchased a package on the krackwins.com website via PayPal, we will reach out directly via email to make sure you get your picks. If you have any questions or for some reason have not heard from us after purchasing via PayPal, please let us know at [email protected].
Username and password information is CAPS sensitive, so please make sure that you are entering information correctly. If you still have trouble, please email us at [email protected]. If you receive an IP address error message, it means that you have attempted too many failed logins and cybersecurity measures have kicked in. The issue will resolve within an hour.
I forgot my password
No problem. Just email us at [email protected] and we will reset it for you.
How do I renew
If you want to cancel, you will be charged for the last entire month that you purchased without a refund (eg. paid June 15th to July 14th, cancel on July 3rd means no further charge on July 15th). You will have to cancel through your phone/App Store/Google Play. We do not have the ability to cancel for you. If you purchased via PayPal on our website, you can go to PayPal and cancel your auto-renewal before the next month charges occur.

I am not receiving picks
.If you are not receiving pick notifications, you should first check to make sure that have enabled app notifications. You can do that in your phone settings or go to your Plays tab and click the gear icon in the upper right hand corner. All your active picks also should be listed in your Plays tab. You also should make sure that you have the latest version of the app installed on your device. Finally, please log out and log back in as a final self-help step.
