Last week, I talked to Forbes about betting on the Olympics and how the rise of mobile sports betting makes it easier for anyone to wager money on a bobsled race or figure skating competition.
Interest in betting on the Olympic Games has been growing – nearly 20 million American adults planned to bet on any one event during the Tokyo Games in 2021 according to a report by the American Gambling Association. That’s nearly as many people who bet on the Super Bowl, the biggest sports betting event in the U.S. Most of the betting action this year will be from casual gamblers, not from professional sports bettors like myself.
Sports betting has been my life’s work for two decades, and I love that I call Las Vegas home. Visit my About Me page to learn more about my back story and how I became a professional sports bettor.
