“One win away”…..Yes the Oklahoma City Thunder and Florida Panthers are both 1 win away from winning their leagues championship. But I have heard this term a lot more from the sports betting public these days. Parlays are being pushed by all sportsbooks and their media outlets to try to entice this new sports betting generation to bet parlays. I hear more about the big 6/7 team parlay that was one game away from cashing then almost anything out of sports bettors mouths. So close yet so far, and that is what brings the customer back to bet more and more parlays. I get this question asked more than almost any question and my answer is always the same. For the general betting public, parlays do not have value. They are a -EV play. Look no further than every single sportsbooks reporting numbers each month. Over 50% of their profits come from losing parlays, and some books it’s even as high as 70%!!!
My advice is very simple. DO NOT BET PARLAYS!!! Yes, there might be a few certain circumstances where betting a parlay could be valuable. But not to the average sports bettor which is 99.8% of the population. Seeing all the content creators and media outlets help push these parlays will always bother me because it gives the customer a sense of false hope. Stick to Straight Bets people! Long term results over the promise of a big hit!
The Oklahoma City Thunder have taken control of the Finals and now sit 1 win away from their 1st NBA Championship. Every knows the last win is always the toughest so this series is far from over, but the Thunder are now in full control up 3-2 with Game 6 in Indiana this Thursday. Our NBA props have been back and forth this series as we’ve gone 4-6 (-2.4u) with some great reads but bad beats. The WNBA was also a complete back and forth grind the past 2 weeks, finishing 10-9 and basically breaking even. It has still been a very profitable WNBA season so far and we will continue to grind through the rest of the season and playoffs.
Speaking of the grind, MLB betting is the longest and biggest grind of any sport on the board. It is a grueling season for bettors, with many up and downs. Last two weeks was a tough run for Team Krackwins, as we lost 2.8 units going 10-12-4. We continue to grind on totals, sides and props as the All-Star break gets closer!

College Baseball is almost down to the final two teams for their World Series and KrackWins has been absolutely CRUSHING these totals. We finished the last two weeks going 6-2, for a nice +4.7 unit profit. These games have really been exciting to watch and I can’t wait to watch the last 3 game series and hopefully pick off a few more winners.
The US Open was one of the craziest tournaments you will ever see as the players struggled at Oakmont this year. 150-1 JJ Spaun birdied the last two holes to win this years Open and finished the only player under par. We lost a few units on our PGA (-2.2) but are ready to fire back this week as all the stars as playing the Travelers Championship this year.
KrackWins dropped 4 units in juice these last two weeks, as we went 31-30-4.
I am looking forward to these last couple games of the NHL Stanley Cup and NBA Finals and hope to see some good games.
