As we reach the holidays, we naturally take stock of everything – but this year in a different way. We are happy just to be here and to have our livelihoods and our health and our family. This year, our reflections are stripped down to a raw, unvarnished set of expectations after all that we have been through. And maybe that is the only good thing that I have to say about what this relentless 2020 has produced: clarity, humility, and gratitude.
Whether your holidays are fairly normal or totally altered, we confront a milestone of life fundamentally changed for 9 months now. Some may pause and think about it what it means for a minute. For me, it’s a reaffirmation of the basics. As you may know, I come from a humble and self-made background. For decades, I have worked hard (and still do) to build my knowledge, hone my craft, and apply it every day to make a living. There is no easy street or “back up” option. Period. That makes me unentitled and grateful for all that I have. Adjusting my expectations properly is the key to keeping me even keel in life. And it is absolutely essential as a professional bettor.
If you are grinding out a 55%+ win rate long-term, then you are in the most elite ranks of bettors. Which still means you are losing a lot. So, it is irrational, but more importantly, undermining, to expect to win at a very high rate. You cannot be swayed from bankroll management, analysis, and discipline with short-term swings or believing you should win 7-8 out of 10 times in the long-term. That is why both winning streaks and losing streaks can be dangerous if you do not stay grounded with the right outlook. You cannot get too low or too high ever. Let’s dive into my sports betting picks recap for the week.
Sports Betting News and Picks Recap
I am thrilled that we had another excellent week, going 19-9 (+12.95 units). NFL went 6-2 (+3.3 units), NCAAF 1-0 (+1.75 units), and CBB continued on a tear 12-7 (+7.9 units). As of 12/22, we have gone 70-42 (+47.7 units) in December. We have not had a losing week since the end of September. You only will find that performance over 100s of games and multiple sports with the KrackWins service.
While I am thrilled about it, I keep my expectations level. We had several tough weeks in September. It was frustrating and, believe me, I hate subscribers losing more than I dislike losing myself. I cannot count how many folks that started during our NCAAF soft stretch wrote and I told to stay the course because the streak will swing the other way. Yet there were some people that left and missed this winning run which vastly outstrips those few bad weeks. They simply had the wrong expectations. It is one of the things that bothers me the most in my mission to share the insider’s edge: people that I cannot get to understand what long-term winning means. It is a marathon, not a sprint. A bad run will be overtaken by winning long-term – whether in big spurts or gradual, consistent gains if you stick with me.
Thankful for KrackWins Nation
I am grateful for my unrivalled team and that all of my KrackWins subscribers are profiting handsomely as we close out the year. To return to the topic of expectations, we should not take it for granted. A huge amount of hard work goes into winning. One service just shut down temporarily because their CBB was running so poorly. We have had a great stretch, so let’s keep it going, enjoy it, stay humble, and not worry if anything shifts. Stick to the program and you will profit long-term.
I wish all of you a very Happy Holidays and will be back next week to recap the year.
