Human Error: Sports Betting Picks Weekly Recap and Look Ahead 1.30.23

Jan 31, 2023 | NBA, NCAAB, NFL, Sports Betting Picks Weekly Recap, Sports Betting Tips

Everyone in every profession makes mistakes. It’s part of life, part of living. I’ve made many mistakes in my sports betting career including chases my loses when I was just a 15-year-old kid working the Jersey shore boardwalks. But still to this day, even with 35 years’ experience and complete discipline, mistakes are possible. There will be times when you enter a wrong amount or click the minus when you mean to click plus. I’ve done this long enough to know that human error will even out after time. But in other professions, human error and mistakes can be magnified. Look no further than this past championship Sunday in the NFL.

We saw that players can make mistakes at the worst of times. Everyone had to feel for Bengals DE Joseph Ossai after his late hit out of bounds gave the Chiefs another 15 yards which put them into winning Field Goal range. It was a mistake that anyone could make, but players aren’t the only ones making mistakes. Some could say the referees are most likely to have human error come into the equation. They certainly made mistakes on calls for all 4 teams this past weekend. Coaches aren’t immune to human error either, as many questioned why Kyle Shannahan didn’t try to challenge the catch on a deep catch by D.Smith in the first quarter. Replay later showed it was not a catch. Regardless of profession mistakes happen but what’s important is moving forward.

Sports Betting Picks Weekly Recap

With some of the NFL controversy on the field this past weekend, Krackwins still carried the week with its NFL Prop success. Even with our bad beat on the Eagles/49ers 1H total, we still managed a winning and profitable week on these two games going 6-3-1 (+2.3 units). The Super Bowl isn’t until February 12th, but we will be firing props throughout the next 2 weeks so be ready!

College Basketball season enters its last full month before postseason already and there is still no real big favorite to take the championship. Last week we hit a few bumps in the road and went 5-7, for -5.4 units. In the NBA, totals came through for us (2-0) as we finished the NBA week 5-2 (+4.2 u). Overall, for the week Krackwins finished 16-12-1 (+1.1 units).

Nobody is perfect in any profession. As a professional sports bettor I can be wrong 4 out of 10 times and have an absolutely killer season. When human error comes into play with sports, whether it’s player, coach of referee, remember everyone makes mistakes. That being said, don’t make the mistake of going through this sports betting journey alone. Join or upgrade to the Premium Subscription at Krackwins now and get all my Sports Betting Picks.
