We all know football is king. My media appearances quadruple during the football season and on each one, without a doubt, the question I get asked most is: “What is your play of the week?” With all the new blood in the game, people are always pressing for the “Pick of the day.” I simply refuse to do that and by now you know why. Each game I bet has a 2-3 percent edge over the sportsbook, making any one game, just over a coin flip. Winning is a long term commitment based on multiple wagers over the course of a full season. Always beware of anyone offering a “Lock of the Week” because, as we know, nothing is a lock in this industry other than if you keep betting someone’s “Bet of the Day,” you will go broke.

Last week was nothing short of wild in the NFL with double digit comebacks in multiple games – none crazier than the Browns being the Browns and blowing a two touchdown lead in the final two minutes against, of all teams…the Jets! While everyone is ready to put the Buffalo Bills and Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl, it’s a long season, both on the field and on the board. After an 11-4 record in Week 1, Week 2 finished at 9-9 (-3.7 units). We are chomping at the bit for a big Week 3 and plays have already been released.

A Wacky Week of NCCAF

The week in College Football was just as wacky. A number of our games could have gone either way on the number and we finished up the week going 7-6-1 (+.3 units) on NCAAF. The sport continues to be a story of the Haves and Have Nots as Georgia, Alabama, Ohio State, Michigan, and Clemson look to be in a tier above the rest. I am fired up about the full slate this week as we start to get into conference play.

As summer turns to fall, the sports world is immersed in football and seemingly nothing else in sports matters. Not so fast my friend. KrackWins continues to scour the entire sports board for advantages. Case in point, we won our only MLB play last week (+1 units) pushing our MLB winning streak to 11 games in a row!  While we cannot wait for playoff baseball to begin, given this current run we are on, I don’t want the regular season to end.

Overall, we finished last week 16-15-1 (-2.4 units), making our September record to date 48-34-1 (+12.1 units). Of course, there are always adjustments to be made early on as we see how teams perform under the bright lights.  This is truly the one of the best times of the year to be a sports gambler and the KrackWins team is always going to be grinding away for you.
