This week we officially dive into May. The NBA Playoffs are down to 8 teams, PGA is gearing up for their other 3 majors, and the MLB boys of summer are really just getting started. This summer the action does not stop for the true professional sports bettor.
NFL fans around the country saw hope spring eternal with another NFL Draft. Quarterbacks flew off the board in what many are calling the best class in year. As with a number of prop markets, It Draft props become harder to beat every year as the books are limit action and wait longer than before to put up their lines. KrackWins didn’t have the volume traditionally seen for the Draft this year, but we still turned a profit, going 2-1 (+1.4 units.)
The NBA playoffs have seen a changing of the guard as this year marks the first time since 2005 that we will have a conference semis without LeBron James, Steph Curry, or Kevin Durant. This older generation is not so much passing the torch to young stars like Luka, SGA and Ant-Man as much as the new breed is taking it. The first week of the playoffs was profitable for KrackWins members, going 8-6 (+1.1 units.) We will continue to fire away on totals and props all playoffs long and don’t forget, the WNBA regular season, one of our most profitable sets, is right around corner.
Sports Betting Picks Weekly Recap
The MLB grind finished its first full month of the season and we’ve had a nice start. We followed up our 7-1-1 run last week with a ho hum 4-4 week (-1.4 units.). We are continuing to find more advantage plays in the MLB as the season moves forward as we collect more data each game. Be ready for more volume but always stick to the same % per play guide.
We passed on golf this week, but are just resting up for a HUGE May with the Wells Fargo, PGA Championship and RBC Open all on tap this month. Our PGA matchups have started the year going 18-7 and we look to keep that fire burning.
Overall last week, KrackWins finished 14-11 (+1.1 units.) Make sure you are following our % scale located for our app for standard/premium subscribers. Always remember, we suggest anywhere between 1-3% of your bankroll on each play – and your “bankroll” is only what you have set aside specifically for sports betting! Keep this separate from everything else! Have a great week and enjoy the Run for the Roses on Saturday!
