We crowned a national champion Monday, as Michigan beat Washington 34-13 in the College Football Championship Game. Coach Jim Harbaugh finally got his title back to his school after a crazy season of suspensions and accusations. This ends the current CFB Playoff system and everyone should be excited for next years 12 team playoff. One team that will have a different look if they make the playoffs next year is Alabama. Their beloved coach Nick Saban stepped down this week after nearly two decades coaching the Crimson Tide. Saban had arguably the best run for a college football coach as he won 6 national championship in his time in Alabama and had an amazing 206-29 record.

As we move to the NFL, two other coaching legends also stepped this past week. Long time Patriots head coach Bill Belicheck stepped down after a 23 year partnership that produced 266 wins, 3 coach of the year awards, and SIX Super Bowl championships. Pete Carroll also stepped down as the Head Coach of the Seattle Seahawks and will remain with the team in an advisory role. Carroll had some success in his 14 years at Seattle, winning a Super Bowl in 2013 and making it back the next season. But since that last Super Bowl appearance, Seattle hasn’t advanced past the divisional round so they decided to move on from the 71 year old Carroll.

The NFL regular season came to an end and we now enter the PLAYOFFS! We have 6 Wild Card games this week and some very interesting matchups. I don’t get too excited for games, but I am very excited for this weekend! Krackwins finished our profitable NFL season with a nice profitable week, going 8-3 and bringing home 3.4 units. Our futures for regular season wins were also profitable as we finished 2-1, for a 1.5 unit profit. Krackwins already has 3 plays on this weekends games and we will be firing away more as the week goes on!

College Basketball season has moved into Conference play, and we continued the grind going 6-6 (-1.1u). We have not had the results we have wanted or expected so far this college basketball season, but we are making advantage plays each days and I am confident with my team that we will be profitable betting this sport. This season is so up in the air right now: #1, #2 and #3 have all lost in the last 48 hours!

NBA continued to cash for us at a ridiculous rate. Last week we went 4-2-1 for a 1.8 unit profit. We continue to pick off daily player props, mixing in totals as we pick off some advantage plays. PGA dropped the first two matchups of the year on Sunday (0-2, -3.2u). Overall last week Krackwins went 20-14-1 for a 2.4 unit profit. I hope 2024 started out right for all Krackwins Nation.
