If the first five weeks of this NFL season has taught us anything, it’s that the gap between the winners and the losers continues to widen as more and more people around the country “try their hand” at sports betting. A variety of books to bet with, more legal jurisdictions and hundreds of different types of bets on the board means more action; which in turn means more money pouring into the sports books/bookmakers. Never before has getting good information been more valuable than it is now. Through the first five weeks of the season, KracksWins’ NFL plays are hitting at a 64% clip while the Public currently sits around 40%.
As KrackWins members have heard me preach over and over, being a successful sports bettor is a marathon and not a sprint. Discipline and patience are the keys to being a profitable sports bettor during both good and bad runs. It is just as important to not over-bet during good streaks as it is to not to chase during bad streaks. That said, there are times when it is ok to sit back and bask in the glow of a great run and give yourself a pat on the back. We certainly did that this week…
A Perfect 10-0 NFL Picks Week
KrackWins’ NFL plays went a perfect 10-0 on the week, for a 13 unit profit. I could not be happier with the start of the football season and the advantage plays we are finding across the board. The Bills, Chiefs and Eagles look like the top 3 teams in the NFL. The NFC East, which most thought was one of the worst divisions , boasts two 4-1 teams as well as the leagues only undefeated teams – the Eagles. The week also saw the first firing of the season with the Panthers sending Matt Rhule home with 40 million reasons not to care. Let’s dive into the rest of my sports betting picks for the past week.
Sports Betting Picks Weekly Recap
The NCAAF card was another rollercoaster ride, finishing with a 5-5 record (-.6 units.) Six weeks into the season and there are still 15 undefeated teams including big surprises James Madison, Syracuse and UCLA. That list will dwindle this week as Alabama plays Tennessee, Oklahoma State takes on TCU, and Penn State goes to Michigan.
Major League Baseball playoffs has reached their version of the Quarterfinals with 8 teams remaining to fight for a World Series Title. We lost our Toronto Blue Jays future last week (-1 units) as the Jays blew big leads, falling to the Seattle Mariners (-1 unit). We will be looking for advantages in these Division Series after finishing the regular season winning 13 of our last 15 plays.
Overall last week we went 15-6 for a +11.4 unit profit! The fall is my favorite betting time of the year. NFL, NCAA, MLB is in full throat. The NBA Season is just days away and NCAAB follows right behind it. So many sports and so many games = a more difficult time for bookmakers trying to set the right line. That’s where we pounce and bring the winning plays your way. Let’s keep it rolling.
