Welcome back for another episode of Wise Kracks sports betting podcast. This week’s episode has plenty of great sports betting conversation and insight with one of our biggest guests yet! Join Jon Orlando and me for one of our best shows to date.
February is always an interesting transition time in the world of sports. The NBA is approaching the midpoint of the season from a game count, but with this year’s late start, it feels like the league is just starting to take shape, identifying the have and have-nots.
We’re also on the cusp of the action with many other sports. College basketball games fill the board, but in truth, everyone is really just biding their time until March. The PGA tour has officially begun but everyone knows the season really starts in April at Augusta. And finally, baseball season starts in about a month. Jon and I share some key insights for sports bettors during this time.
This week’s guest is one of the most well-known and successful professional poker players in the world. Our guest has won a record fifteen World Series of Poker bracelets. He is the winner of the Main Event of the 1989 World Series of Poker. He is a 2007 inductee of the WSOP’s Poker Hall of Fame. And he is affectionately referred to as the Poker Brat. This week’s guest is the legendary Phil Hellmuth.
Sports Betting Previews
It wouldn’t be an episode of Wise Kracks without a viewer question and a pick. This week’s Twitter question comes from a past guest of the show, Howie Schwab. Howie asks us a basketball-related question. And finally, this week’s pick comes from the world of boxing. Don’t miss it!
