I am often asked about the value on betting the futures market. In general, I do not like to have too much money tied up in futures that I could be using to bet throughout the season. That said, I always find compelling value in a handful of pre-season futures for several sports throughout the year.
As our premium subscribers know, KrackWins futures have proven to be a very profitable investment over the years, including big wins on Ja Morant to win Rookie of the Year (+425) last year, the Tampa Rays to win the AL (+900) last year, and the 49ers to win the NFC (+2000) two years ago.
This year, our premium members cashed in on my biggest future win in recent years: Shohei Ohtani to win the AL MVP (+3000). His performance on both the mound and at the plate was truly unique and we may never see again in our lifetime. My team loved the value in this play, knowing that as long as he stayed healthy (a substantial “if”), the pay-off would be well worth the venture. I am thrilled for our members who profited as we enter the holiday season. Let’s dive into my sports betting picks recap for the last week.
Sports Betting Picks Recap
College basketball continues to perform well, going 15-10 (+8 units). The NBA continues its winning run, following a 4-0 week, by going 4-2 (+2.5 units). The NFL, which has been on fire, went 4-4 (-.6 units). College football landed in the black at 2-1 (+1.5 units). The overall total for straight bets this week was 25-17 (+11.4 units), building on our very profitable previous week. Adding in our MLB futures total, we finished this week with a whopping +39.4 units.
I am really looking forward to the holiday season after most of us had to avoid crowds and could not travel last year. Bowl season is around the corner – yet another prime spot for plucking wins. I wish each of you and yours a great Thanksgiving. Stay safe and enjoy the down time with loved ones.
